1. Fraudulent orders
All fraudulent orders and attempted scams will be reported to the police.

2. Order confirmation
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided by you. We advise that you save it in case you need to contact customer services.

3. Delivery time
The delivery time is normally 4-6 days from placing your order, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should a product be temporarily out of stock, the delivery time might be longer, in which case you will be notified. If you live in USA or Canada the delivery time is normally 5-10 days.

4. Delivery charges to your country
The delivery charge to countries outside of Scandinavia is 12 Euro


5. Prices and VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT. The applicable rates are 12 % on dietary supplements and 25 % on clothes and accessories. Should the rate of VAT be changed, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. If you live in USA or Canada all prices are excluded of VAT since you dont have to pay swedish VAT.

6. Incorrect purchases
In the event of making an incorrect purchase from our online store, please send us an email as soon as possible. We are, however, unable to guarantee that the cancellation can be implemented in time. Select “Contact us” in the menu above.

7. Returns
Naturally we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a returns policy in accordance with the legislated cooling-off period. This applies from the date you received your order. The only stipulation is that products are returned in their original unused condition with all the labels attached. Please note that unless you have received incorrect goods, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product(s).

In order to return part of or the entire order, please include a note in the package that lists the order number, your name, reason for returning the product(s) and the bank account number you wish the refund to be paid into.

8. Exchanges
If you would like to change size or model, please return the product(s) to us together with a note that lists the order number, your name and reason for returning the product(s). Give exchange as the reason for returning the product(s) and state the size/product that you would like instead. You must pay the delivery costs of returning and replacing the product(s) in accordance with point 4: Delivery costs to your country.

9. Damaged goods
If you would like to return products that have broken, please send an email to kundtjanst@onemorerep.se telling us what has happened.

You must then return the product(s) to us together with a note stating the order number and your name and the fact that the product(s) was/were damaged. You must also include the bank account number you wish the refund to be paid into. It is essential that the entire product is returned in order to be eligible for a refund. If, for example, you purchased a tank top and trousers set, you must return both parts even if it is only the trousers that are defective.

You must pay the transport costs for returning the product(s).

10. Damaged in transit
Should you discover that the package is damaged, notify the delivery company/supplier immediately. Never accept damaged goods. Instead, you should request and fill in a claims for directly. Contact us for further information. No claims can be made if it is only the packaging that is damaged.


11. Non-collected parcels
If you are not at home to receive the package, you are not entitled to a refund and you must pay the costs of having the parcel delivered again.


12. Custom fees
Please note that it is your responsibility as a customer to declare and pay customs fees for your goods if you live in a country outside the EU.
