Conditions
From the day you recieved your order you always have 14 days to return it for a Refund or Exchange. The items you return has to be in the same original condition as when you recieved it. If there is any stains, dog/cat hair on returned items it will be sent back to you immideately without possibility to return once again.

How do i Return my order?
Please fill out the Returform, put it in your return package and send it to the following adress: One More Rep AB, Tegelbruksvägen 26, 90742, Umeå Sweden.

Have you recieved my Return?
As soon as we have recieved and processed your return you will be notified via E-mail. Please note that it might take up to 14 businessdays form the day that your sent your return for it to be processed.

I have paid with Klarna Invoice, what happens to the invoice?
As soon as we have recieved and processed your return you will be notified via E-mail. Please note that it might take up to 14 businessdays form the day that your sent your return for it to be processed. If you have paid the invoice you will be refunded within 1-3 businessdays. If you have not paid the invoice please contact us as soon as you have made the return and we will take care of the invoice.

What about broken items?
If you have any broken items please send an e-mail to: Kundtjanst@onemorerep.se with your ordernumber and at least 2 photos of the broken item and we will assess the damage and help you.

Exchanges

How do i exchange an item?
Please fill out the Returform, put it in your return package and send it to the following adress: One More Rep AB, Tegelbruksvägen 26, 90742, Umeå Sweden. Then place a new order on the item you would like to exchange to. You will then be refunded for the item you have returned as soon as your return has been processed. As soon as we have recieved and processed your return you will be notified via E-mail.
